Ingredients:
- 10-14 king prawns (shelled and de-veined)
- 2 cloves of garlic finely sliced
- 2 green chillies – deseeded and finely sliced
- 1 tblsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ a green pepper – finely cubed
- 2 fresh tomatoes – chopped roughly
- 3-4 tblsp olive oil
- 1 packet naan (garlic and coriander)
- Parsley
Method:
- Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan
- Sauté the peppers for 1-2 minutes
- Add the prawns, garlic, chillies and lemon juice
- Allow to cook for 2-4 minutes and add chopped tomatoes
- Turn the heat to medium, cover and steam till done and the garnish with parsley
- Grill naan and serve with prawns and green salad
