Garlic prawns and pepper with naan


  • 10-14 king prawns (shelled and de-veined)
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely sliced
  • 2 green chillies – deseeded and finely sliced
  • 1 tblsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ a green pepper – finely cubed
  • 2 fresh tomatoes – chopped roughly
  • 3-4 tblsp olive oil
  • 1 packet naan (garlic and coriander)
  • Parsley


  1. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan
  2. Sauté the peppers for 1-2 minutes
  3. Add the prawns, garlic, chillies and lemon juice
  4. Allow to cook for 2-4 minutes and add chopped tomatoes
  5. Turn the heat to medium, cover and steam till done and the garnish with parsley
  6. Grill naan and serve with prawns and green salad
