Ingredients:
- 1 can of chick peas
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tblsp tahini paste
- 1 tblsp olive oil
- Salt
- 1 packet naan
- ½ cucumber
- ½ a lemon (freshly squeezed)
Method:
- Drain chickpeas and empty into a bowl
- Add in the garlic, tahini and lemon juice
- Season with salt to taste and blend together
- Add 1/2 tblsp of water for a more smoother consistency
- Toast the naan in a wok or grill and cut into chunks
- Tip the humus into a serving bowl, add 1 tblsp olive oil and serve with plain naan and cucumber
