Humus with cucumbers and naan


  • 1 can of chick peas
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tblsp tahini paste
  • 1 tblsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • 1 packet naan
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ a lemon (freshly squeezed)


  1. Drain chickpeas and empty into a bowl
  2. Add in the garlic, tahini and lemon juice
  3. Season with salt to taste and blend together
  4. Add 1/2 tblsp of water for a more smoother consistency
  5. Toast the naan in a wok or grill and cut into chunks
  6. Tip the humus into a serving bowl, add 1 tblsp olive oil and serve with plain naan and cucumber
